The Infinite Hotel Paradox, A TED-Ed Animated Lecture
Educator Jeff Dekofsky explains Hilbert’s paradox of the Grand Hotel, a thought experiment that illustrates some curious properties of infinite sets, in this TED-Ed animated lecture. The paradox was devised by German mathematician David Hilbert in the 1920s. The animation was created by director Nadav Arbel and artist Yoni Boaz.
