Kim Corbin (aka “Skipper Kim”) has created the 21-Day Skipping Experiment, a program that encourages participants to skip instead of walking at least a little bit each day “to experience a joyful feeling throughout their bodies” and, of course, burn more calories. The program, available on Fitango, includes eight instructional videos that demonstrate various skipping patterns and step-by-step instructions for how to skip on a treadmill.
