Tasty Buddha, Buddhas Carved Out of Japanese Snack Corn Puffs
Tasty Buddha is a project started in 2008 by Japanese artist Koshi Kawachi where he carves tiny buddhas out of Umaibo (“delicious stick”), cylindrical snack corn puffs found in Japan. Here’s a video from 2008 that shows Kawachi making these delicious statues.
