Street Artist Posts Anti Dog Poop Posters Around New York City

NYC street artist Jay Shells has been posting hand-painted “Clean Up After Your Dog!” posters around New York City as part of his campaign to rid the city streets of dog poop. The posters include biodegradable bags the help people curb their dogs. Jason is the same artist behind the billiant Subway Etiquette Posters earlier this year.
