To celebrate 50 years since debris from Russian Sputnik IV crashed-landed in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, community members will gather for their annual Sputnikfest 2012 beginning on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the corner of N. 8th and Park Streets (location of crash site).
