Sir Mix-A-Lot Performs ‘Baby Got Back’ and ‘Posse on Broadway’ with the Seattle Symphony Orchestra
Seattle-based rapper Sir Mix-A-Lot recently performed his popular songs “Baby Got Back” and “Posse on Broadway” on stage at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony Orchestra. The collaboration was part of the Symphony’s Sonic Evolution event, which celebrates Seattle’s “past, present and future of music with brand-new symphonic compositions inspired by icons Bill Frisell, Ray Charles and Sir Mix-A-Lot, written by composers LuÃs Tinoco, Du Yun and Gabriel Prokofiev.”
