Photos & Video of Improv Everywhere’s Mp3 Experiment Ten

Improv Everywhere has posted photos and video of their latest mission, Mp3 Experiment Ten. On July 14, 2013 an estimated 7,000 people came to the South Street Seaport in Manhattan to take part in the participatory event. They were asked to dress like tourists, much to the confusion of actual tourists on the piers.
