Paa Joe & The Lion, Documentary About a Ghanaian Craftsman of Fantasy Coffins

Paa Joe & The Lion is an upcoming documentary about Paa Joe, a Ghanaian artist who is renowned for his colorful fantasy coffins—sculptural coffins that are a traditional feature of funeral culture in Ghana. The film’s director, Ben Wigley, is raising funds on Kickstarter in order to finish the project.
