Ottavia, The World’s Largest Gluten-Free Pizza
Roman chefs, led by the Dr. Schar Group, have created Ottavia, the world’s largest gluten-free pizza. It took over 48 continuous hours to make, measures 131 feet in diameter, used more than 9 tons of gluten-free flour, and set a new Guinness World Record. It was made to create awareness for “celiac disease and gluten-sensitivity” issues.
