Fargo, North Dakota resident “Donna” recently called in to Y94, a local radio station, to complain about deer crossing signs—specifically, that the signs were directing the deer to cross at unsafe locations. She helpfully suggested that the deer crossings be moved to safer stretches of road, like school zones. The radio segment was subsequently posted to YouTube and now has 1.6 million views. Donna later called back and talked to Y94 about her deer sign misunderstanding and her Internet notoriety.
