Mathematician Vi Hart Argues That 3/14/16 Is a More Significant and Accurate Pi Day Than 3/14/15

In “This Pi Day Is Round” mathematician Vi Hart argues that 3/14/16 is a more significant and accurate Pi Day than 3/14/15 even though the first five digits of pi are 3.1415. The argument is an unusual one for Hart, who has posted a number of rants over the years against Pi Day and pi itself, lobbying that Tau (6.2832) is more deserving of praise and celebration.
