Kinetic Rain, Beautiful Droplet Installation at Singapore’s Changi Airport

“Kinetic Rain” is a kinetic sculptural installation of 608 copper-plated rain droplets suspended from the ceiling of the departure hall of Changi Airport in Singapore. Computer-controlled motors in the ceiling raise and lower the droplets, forming shapes and patterns in a beautiful 15 minute long display (video). The installatiion is by German art studio ART+COM.
