Hash Brown Waffles

Tara Austen Weaver shows how to make Hash Brown Waffles on her blog Tea & Cookies. The recipe is simple enough (essentially you press grated/salted potatoes in a hot oiled waffle iron) and the end result looks like a tasty addition to breakfast.

I seem to have made it my mission in life this summer to make sure the world gets full use of their waffle irons. I plead guilty. But really, people: hash brown waffles. If you like crispy corners, this is the hash brown for you. Not to mention, it’s just about the easiest thing ever.
