FORMcard, A Pocket-Sized Card Made of Meltable Bioplastic That Can Be Used For Simple Creations
FORMcard is a pocket-sized card made of meltable bioplastic that can used to make quick repairs or simple creations. The plastic is hard at room temperature, but becomes soft and pliable in a cup of hot water. Once heated it can easily be cut and pressed into the desired shape to fix something broken or make something new.
Simply drop it in a cup of hot water to make little solutions to everyday problems. When it’s cool it’s really strong like nylon, so you can make solid durable solutions with it, and then you can reheat it again and again to adapt, change and reuse it. Because it’s a convenient card size, you can keep one in your pocket, wallet, kitchen drawer or tool box so that it’s there whenever and wherever it’s needed.
The company behind FORMcard is raising money for the product with an Indiegogo campaign, and they are offering different packs of discounted cards to backers.
