Easy Way Out, An Incredibly Elaborate Stop Motion Animation

This incredibly elaborate stop motion animation is a music video for “Easy Way Out” by Gotye. The animation features Gotye (aka Wouter De Backer) living out a humdrum existence in what appears to be a single panning shot. The animation was directed by Darcy Prendergast of Australian animation studio Oh Yeah Wow. We previously wrote about “Rippled,” a brilliant light painted animation by Prendergast and Oh Yeah Wow.
