Circa is a news app that provides news articles that are tailored to be read on a mobile device (video). Circa journalists take top news stories and present them as easy-to-navigate collections of facts, photos, quotes, and more. Circa users can follow stories to receive notifications whenever the story is updated. Circa launched today as a free app for iPhone and iPod Touch (iPad and Android versions are also in the works). Circa is based in San Francisco.
