CAPSL, New Collectable Designer Pill Fob Keychains by Jason Freeny
New York City based artist and designer Jason Freeny, in collaboration with FCTRY, released his new series of CAPSL collectable designer pill fob keychains into the wild and they are each filled with an excellent assortment of items. Each CAPSL can either be displayed as art or used to store whatever you can fit into the 2.25″ tall fobs. Series 1 contains 12 standard pieces and 9 rare secret blind-boxed variations that are all available to purchase at Jailbreak Toys.
CAPSLs are keychains. Or they’re not. Designed by Clutter Magazine’s 2011 breakthrough artist of the year, Jason Freeny in collaboration with the FCTRY, CAPSLs are small pieces of functional art. The first series of CAPSLs (released July 24, 2012) contain 12 original designs, in addition to a few limited edition CAPSLs and variants.
CAPSLs can be used to store medication, mints, herbs and spices, and any small items you’d like easily accessible and on your person. CAPSLs have an airtight seal, can be mixed and match, are extremely durable and when not in use can be displayed like art.
