Back To Me by Joel Compass, A Music Video Made up of a Montage of Cinemagraphs

The music video for “Back to Me” by Joel Compass tells a dark tale about a father and son through a montage of cinemagraphs, which are photographic images in which select areas are animated. The video was directed by Ian and Cooper. We’ve written about cinemagraphs a number of times since 2011 when fashion photographer Jamie Beck pioneered the technique.
