An Experimental Video That Visualizes Seagull Flight Paths as Unending Processions of Birds
The flight paths of seagulls are visualized as unending processions of birds in the experimental video “Seagull Skytrails” by UK-based filmmaker Paul Parker. To create the cloned birds, Parker used the echo effect in After Effects. In the latter half of the video, Parker transforms the seagulls into black ribbons that trace across the sky. The video was shot in the English seaside town of St. Ives.
