All Things Nice, A Semi-Animated Short by The Art of Bleeding Featuring Kim Fowley
Los Angeles-based Rev. Al Ridenour of The Art of Bleeding has written, directed and animated a new video titled “All Things Nice” which features rock impresario Kim Fowley and a fine array of Art of Bleeding’s nurses (Snow Mercy, Nurse Poppy, Nurse Amanita, Nurse Amputette, Nurse Tayler, Kat, and Kristina). Ridenour describes the video as a “sort of ether-dream visit to the doll hospital inside the mind of legendary music producer and grand eccentric Kim Fowley…” and writes that this partially animated short reaches “new heights of age-inappropriate entertainment, mixing nursery rhymes, anatomical striptease, and overly developed doll-women…” In it, Kim Fowley handles a scalpel like a twisted pro.
