A Nerve-Wracking Video of a Worker in a Moving Truck Expertly Placing Lane Markers by Hand on the Golden Gate Bridge

A bridge worker sitting in a moving truck places temporary lane pylons on the Golden Gate Bridge by hand as traffic whizzes by in this nerve-wracking video from the Golden Gate Transportation District. The worker’s accuracy is quite remarkable (to say nothing of fearless manner in which he reaches his arm out into traffic). Fortunately for all concerned, the Golden Gate Bridge now has a new, safer lane barrier system. The San Francisco Bay Area can breathe a sigh of relief.
