A Menacing Octopus Peeking Out of a Teacup
Brisbane, Australia-based artist Michael Palmer of Voodoo Delicious creates creepy sculptures from cast resin and teacups. Each teacup contains a darkly cute beast—a menacing octopus, a single foreboding tentacle, or a bathing imp—floating in tea made from resin. Each piece is hand-painted by the artist.
Please note the “tea” is hard and not drinkable (why anyone would actually want to drink it anyway after this little guy has been sloshing around in there is beyond me, but there you are).
