A Two-Legged Chair That Prevents Inactivity by Forcing the User to Maintain Balance
To promote physical activity while sitting, French industrial designer Benoit Malta has created Inactivité, a two-legged chair that forces the user to constantly make slight movements in order to maintain balance. He calls the chair’s inherent instability a “bearable discomfort.”
