Photos: Commonwealth Club Presents Chuck Palahniuk & San Francisco Cacophony Society at the Castro Theatre

Cacophony Society at the Castro Theatre

Here are the photos I shot back in September at “Chuck Palahniuk and the SF Cacophony Society: Creating Culture from Mayhem”, presented by The Commonwealth Club of California and INFORUM at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco. It featured a discussion moderated by Brad Wieners with Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk and Tales of the San Francisco Cacophony Society co-authors John Law and Carrie Galbraith.

One of my favorite things about the event was being greeted by the three Doggie Diner Dog Heads that were recently crocheted by Olek. It was an amazing event, so great to see so many old friends from The Cacophony Society.

Another of my favorite moments from the event was when “Fight Club” author Chuck Palahniuk met V. Vale of RE/Search Publications. That was quite a cultural convergence.

Here’s my full set of photos. There’s also an archive of the live video stream from the event.
