Disney designer Eric Tan, who created artwork for The Incredibles, made an fantastic poster for the X-Men inspired by old German film posters.

<3 the retro look, this is quality work… may not be appreciated by people who aren’t a fan of nostalgic artwork, especially from the mid-40’s Europe, but nonetheless, this is awesomeness on all accounts in my book.

So when i first loaded up the page and saw this, I was really expecting a post about an xman graphic novel in this art style. But that is just wishful thinking. Nevertheless, truly amazing art, and a great capture of the art style.
