The Statue Got Me High

I dropped by Widget Summit 2007 (see my previous post) for a couple of hours today, armed only with my iPhone and Fuji F50 SE. It’s nice to travel light.

Here are a few photos I shot while there.

The conference, organized by Niall Kennedy, is being held at the beautiful brand new UCSF Mission Bay Conference Center. It’s the same location last week’s Engadget Reader Meetup took place. Something tells me we will be seeing many more events here in the future.

Niall puts on a great conference. Several attendees I spoke with mentioned how much they liked the venue and how well organized the event was. For me, attention to detail, like serving good coffee (Peet’s) throughout the event and double-sided name tags, all add to the overall experience.
