The Kenquest Building

While driving along Santa Monica Boulevard on my recent LA trip, I came across The Kenquest Building in full Christmas mode, located on the corner of N Canon Drive in Beverly Hills. With a quick search I found out it was the winner of the 2005 Mary Pickford Award for Beverly Hills business with the best holiday decorations. Maybe King Kong will come by and unwrap this giant Christmas present.
