Jim, our favorite pancake artist, has created his latest breakfast treat: a 3D Stars Wars AT-AT Walker pancake. Jim makes fancy pancakes for his young daughter, Allison, but in this case she preferred a flower pancake over this one.

Jim’s new book, OMG Pancakes!: 75 Cool Creations Your Kids Will Love to Eat, will be released On October 4, 2011.
