The project is part of The UnConvention, which is providing a forum for promoting the democratic and free exchange of ideas during with the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Not partisan. The term Red Neck comes from Appalachia and those that supported or were members of the union tied red neckerchiefs around their necks. Union support is partisan.
