Fed up with luxury cars illegally parking in his city’s bike lanes, Mayor Arturas Zuokas of Vilinus, Lithuania drove a 13 ton Russian armored personnel carrier over a parked Mercedes as a warning to motorists. The unlucky Mercedes was a salvaged car placed on the street for the demonstration.
In the past few days expensive cars have been illegally parked in almost the exact same place–a Rolls Royce and a Ferrari. What should the city do about drivers who think that they are above the law? It seems that a tank is the best solution.
