The 11th annual How Berkeley Can You Be? celebration takes places this Sunday, September 17th in the streets of Berkeley. As in the past, it is joining forces with the ArtCar Fest and features both a parade and festival of unique art and cultural oddities. This year the festival will be sub-divided into Theme Villages such as Kidsville, Eco-Village, Soapbox Stage, Creative Reuse Corral and The Beer Festival.
