Subhuman

“Subhuman” is a brilliant one man show featuring Ed Holmes telling true stories about his adventures as a mechanic aboard a diesel submarine in the Pacific Ocean. The show takes place November 9th & 10th at Rhythmix Cultural Works in Alameda.

From a fog-horn’d hallucination heard as a child on the shores of Lake Erie to alarm bells in the depths of the blue Pacific, Ed seeks the answer to persistent question “How did I get here?”

Our good friend Ed is a long-time veteran of the San Francisco Mime Troupe and as Bishop Joey, he has been fearlessly leading the stupid through the streets of San Francisco during The Saint Stupid’s Day Parade for the last 29 years.

This is really a wonderful show and I highly recommend checking it out if you can.
