The third annual Deitch Art Parade took place today in New York City, traveling down West Broadway through SOHO. The parade was organized by Deitch Projects, Creative Time and Paper Magazine.

Eric Mortensen was there and shot a bunch of great photos of the parade.

The wheel helmet inspired more thought than anything else I saw during the whole parade. Who is that guy? Does anyone know anthing more about him or his work?

Hey,
My name is Guy Deitch.
That’s right, DEITCH.
As you know, Deitch isn’t a very popular name, so we might be connected somehow…
Let me know ;)
