Bernal Heights Hill Soap Box Derby 2007

A great crowd showed up today at the top of Bernal Heights Hill for the Soap Box Derby 2007, where daredevil drivers raced each other in makeshift vehicles down the hill. The only requirements for vehicles entered in the derby is that they need to have some kind of beer holder built into their vehicle.

Here’s my photo gallery of the Soapbox Derby 2007.

Telstar Logistics has a full report with photos on the event.

More write-ups and photos from: SFist, David Sifry, What I’m Seeing, Stuart, Devin Hayes, Drew, Christopher Palmer, Eric and Alan Rorie.

Dav Yaginuma shot some video of the Soap Box Derby.
