Frank Chu Documentary
Eddie Codel recently came across a fascinating online documentary on San Francisco’s most famous eccentric, Frank Chu, who I post about quite often on this blog. The documenty digs into Frank’s backround and attempts to explain the mystery behind the “12 Galaxies”. Check it out:
