What Snow In New York City Looks Like In March
Walking on 20th Street in Chelsea on this beautiful 59 degree pre-Spring day I came across a grotesque remnant of Winter in the form of sickly black mound of snow. Charlie Todd discovered a similar snow mound up on 27th Street.
