Russian bus driver Alexei Volkov (aka “The Punisher”) takes being cut off in traffic very seriously. When it happens, Alexei often angrily gets his revenge by ramming into the rude driver’s vehicle and occasionally speeds up to do so.
Volkov claims to have been involved in more than 100 accidents in his career.
