Luxyyr posted a truly heartwarming video during which a group of restaurant customers cheered whenever an adorable baby, who was sitting up front and facing them, raised his little arms. It was like he was a tiny conductor of a large chorus or as one person commented, perhaps it just confirmed the baby’s suspicions that he, indeed, does rule the world.
