San Francisco Foodies spotted a sign in Las Vegas that advertised a Pulled Pork Parfait, a tall transparent cup full of bbq pulled pork, mashed potatoes, cheese, and bbq sauce. The savory ingredients are layered in the cup much like a traditional ice cream parfait.
