National Geographic Interactive Feature on the Serengeti Lion

National Geographic has published a fascinating interactive feature that provides incredible up close and personal photos and videos of lions from the Serengeti in Africa. The remarkable imagery was captured by photographer Michael “Nick” Nichols and videographer Nathan Williamson during several trips to the Serengeti between 2011 and 2013. In addition to using traditional cameras, the duo relied on robots to get close-up photos and video.
