São Paulo, Brazil ad agency Young & Rubicam has created an adorably morbid parody for Miami Ad School of Metro Trains‘ acclaimed “Dumb Ways to Die” PSA campaign. Their twist on “Dumb Ways to Die” PSA, however, shows the various ways that creative ideas die.
