Mango Crèmes, A Girl Scout Cookie Flavored with Shiitake Mushrooms

The Girl Scouts are now offering Mango Crèmes with Nutrifusion, a vanilla and coconut cookie combo filled with a mango crème that is “enhanced with nutrients derived from fruits” and as the ingredients read, shiitake mushrooms. Interestingly, there are no actual mangoes used to flavor Mango Crèmes.
