Man Takes His Hamster for Her Daily Stroll on a Bright Pink Leash in the Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan

While walking through their neighborhood in the Fukuoka Prefecture, a couple of people – Inomomo and Chin Conger – encountered an older man out for a daily stroll with his beloved hamster on a bright pink leash. Curious to know more, Chin went out the next day and learned that the tethered critter’s name is Pico.
