DIY Kid’s Halloween Costumes of Fashion Icons

Lifestyle and design blog Oh Happy Day has posted a collection of do-it-yourself kid’s Halloween costumes of famous fashion icons including Anna Wintour and Bill Cunningham (part 1 and part 2).
