Cameras Capture Multiple Bears Cooling Off In Their Very Own Swimming Hole at Yellowstone Park
As part of their report on Yellowstone Park, the cameras of National Geographic captured amazing footage of “Bear Bathtub“, a swimming hole that has become a favorite bathing spot for the local bear community.
Bear Bathtub, a colloquial name given to Yellowstone’s own version of a natural swimming hole, can be a busy place for the national park’s wildlife to drink and cool off. Camera traps rigged to document the comings and goings at the backcountry spring uncovered new insights into bear behavior.
