The Bazooka, a wonderfully decadent giant cannoli shell filled with 50 standard sized cannoli, is the signature creation of the bakers at Pasticceria Caruso in Sydney Australia. Pasticceria Caruso participated in a Barilla AUS event and taught several bloggers how to make the distinctive dessert.
