Spherical Flying Drone Hovers Like a Helicopter, Flies at 40 mph
Japan’s Ministry of Defense has developed a 16″ diameter remote-controlled spherical flying drone that can hover, fly horizontally at 40 mph, and even roll across the ground (see a video of the craft by DigInfo).
