Yesterday Zoe Keating and Peter Gregson organized the first ever Cello Tweetup in San Francisco featuring 6 cellists who all met up in Union Square for a impromptu performance. Mark Growden heard about the Tweetup and ran home to grab his cello, becoming the 7th cellist. Steve Rhodes shot a bunch of photos of this unique cello convergence. This is great! I wish more Tweetups were like this. I wonder how many ukulele players I could get to show up? Thanks for the post.
