Back in 2003 Triumph The Insult Comic Dog make a hilarious guest appearance doing the local news weather report on KHNL NBC Channel 8 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Hmmm. I suspect this is a mashup as I don’t know a newscast with a laughtrack. Still, Triumph is funny
It’s not a mashup and that’s not a laughtrack, it’s the live audience from Late Night with Conan O’Brien, home to Triumph The Insult Comic Dog.
The laughter was from a live audience, but judging by the editing and the anchor’s reactions, I suspect there was more to the bit than just what was shown.
