Snobar is a dessert shop in West Hollywood, California that serves SNO, a “natural & refreshing flavor infused shaved snow ice.” It is described as having a “feathery, cotton candy-like texture that dissolves in your mouth on contact.” It is their variation of a 40-year old Taiwanese snow ice recipe and comes in several flavors.
